After 36 years of experience in the Travel Industry, Mr. S K Mehta has developed an extremely close relationship with the principal Hoteliers, Airlines and Regional and International Customer Service Collaborators on a national footings in India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Maldives and Nepal. This relationship is an essential ingredient to obtain maximum customer satisfaction. Having traveled through practically 80% of India in the last 36 years he has a profound knowledge of the company. |
The Coworkers
The Coworkers are young, highly dynamic and very conscientious in their approach to customer services. They have been specifically chosen on account of their limited working experience with other Indian Travel Agencies, the reason being that their in-house training is not influenced by any extraneous negative preconceived ideas they may have about customer servicing. Mr. Mehta and Mr. Tims personally conduct their in-house training.
